Zeina has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in couples and family therapy from William James College. Additionally, Zeina holds two Master’s degrees in Anthropology and Rural Development, reflecting her deep commitment to understanding cultural contexts and social dynamics, and their intersection with mental health.

Zeina’s therapeutic approach is relational, systemic, and collaborative, grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. While she uses multiple models depending on her client’s needs, Zeina has certification in Buddhist psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy. She is currently pursuing certification in Clinical Hypnosis. Her main strengths include her curiosity and commitment to fostering self-discovery, Zeina deeply respects the courage required for personal change and feels honored to support her clients through their transformative journeys.
Zeina grew up between Lebanon and Washington D.C. and has worked and volunteered in several countries in the Middle East, Central and Southeast Asia. Now in her third year in Massachusetts, Zeina lives with her teenage son.
