More About
Jen.A

She believes that awareness and connection are fundamental to our wellbeing. As a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher from the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, Jen integrates mindful awareness of the body, thoughts, emotions, and rooted patterns/beliefs that impact physical and mental health. She works to support clients in discovering the innate wisdom that is already within them, guiding them with stress management techniques to create more space within themselves. Jen blends modalities such as mindfulness, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based practices to help clients cultivate greater awareness, bringing more ease in their everyday lives. For Jen, being aware and feeling present helps her in creating an openness to possibilities that she hopes to share and help others learn, heal, and grow together.

Jen also holds an MBA from Emory University and brings over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting with IBM Global Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked closely with clients in demanding environments worldwide. Her extensive background in high-stress work environments has given her invaluable skills in supporting and guiding individuals through challenging transitions and demanding situations.

Jen loves spending quality time with her teenage kids. She enjoys exploring new places, whether nearby or far, practicing yoga, taking her dog on long walks in nature, and sharing good food and fun with family and friends.
