Heal As You Grow, a Therapist-owned group practice, is seeking licensed psychotherapists to join our group practice, either part-time or full-time. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing essential mental health services to our community.

Requirements:

• Current State of Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT (we are willing to consider license-eligible LMHC & LCSWs)

• Willingness to work at least 15 hours per week (minimum of 12 sessions per week)

• At least 1 year of experience facilitating individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions

• Being paneled with BCBS, Optum, and Tufts is a plus
